These Terms govern use of the Paradigm Business Systems website, operated by Paradigm Enterprises of Utah LLC, and requests submitted through it. The website provides general information about payment processing, merchant statement reviews, business funding, and related services. Submitting a request does not create an approval, guarantee savings, establish financing, or require you to purchase a service.

Program availability

Programs, pricing, equipment, savings, funding, and eligibility vary and may be subject to underwriting, provider requirements, applicable law, and card-brand rules. Information on this website is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

SMS program

Paradigm Enterprises of Utah LLC d/b/a Paradigm Business Systems may send non-marketing text messages only when you separately opt in. These messages may include responses to a statement-review or business-funding request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and service updates. Website form consent does not authorize promotional or marketing text messages. Consent to text messaging is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies based on your request and interactions, up to 6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stopping messages and getting help

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message and will stop further messages covered by that consent. If you later want to receive messages again, submit a new opt-in request.
